312 sales opportunities. 8 states. 92 days.
A pipe rehabilitation company with an 8-state territory, one salesperson, and customer records nobody trusted. Ninety-two days later: a custom AI command center running their entire sales outreach, and a client who kept funding it after the contract ended.
What we built
A system reads municipal news every morning and turns relevant signals into ready-to-send introduction emails, matched to the specific project. One click from news story to outreach.
AI-drafted emails trained on the salesperson’s own writing, with built-in checks so a longtime contact never receives an email that reads like a stranger wrote it.
Voice memos, phone notes that file themselves, and a trade-show follow-up tool built the same day it was requested. The salesperson’s existing habits became the record-keeping.
Four planned tools were dropped mid-project because the system already covered the need. The client paid for outcomes, not line items.
What happened when the contract ended
One wave of AI-drafted emails to past customers produced eight or more sales, reported by the client themselves. The whole system runs automatically every weekday for under $500 a month, and saves each salesperson three to four hours a week.
When the 92-day build ended, the client funded an expansion instead of a handoff: a second vice president joined the system, leadership presented it at their business review, and one executive liked it enough to have the same approach applied to their finance operations.
“Going through the set up and familiarising myself with the Command Centre, it is amazing!”
