A small crew of operators. No account teams, no juniors.
Trailhead Strategies exists because the companies that equip public safety deserve marketing built for how their market actually buys: committees, long cycles, peer trust, and procurement calendars. We learned the craft in hard markets and aimed it here.
Three people. Sixteen-plus years each.

Dave Reinke
Dave ran marketing at Lightcast as VP through its $20M to $100M revenue run, taking marketing-sourced revenue from 10% to 53% of new sales. Before that: agency and in-house roles spanning advertising, targeted account campaigns, and marketing operations. He answers his own email, builds his own dashboards, and lives in Spokane, WA with his wife and three teenagers. Weekends are for trails, lakes, and campsites.

Aaron Poach
Aaron ran digital marketing and demand generation at Lightcast, where he and Dave first built programs together, after growth roles at Credit Key and Emsi Burning Glass. Sixteen years of building sales pipelines. At Trailhead he owns the machinery: campaign systems, web production, and the engines that turn attention into meetings.

Meredith Metsker
Meredith is a journalist turned content marketer. She reported for a daily newspaper, told data stories at Emsi, and built a business content and community program from scratch, podcast included. At Trailhead she turns subject-matter expertise into content people actually want to read and hear.
The record this team brought with it.
Three commitments.
Every engagement gets instrumented before it gets opinions. If a claim on this site carries a number, we can show you the source.
Decks get filed. Engines keep running. We build prospecting systems, dashboards, and automations your team owns after we leave.
Government firewalls fake open rates, so we measure replies. Chiefs trust chiefs, so we build reference paths. We adapt to the terrain.
The endorsement we’re proudest of: a client’s chief executive recently handed our name directly to another CEO who needed the same help. That referral is the kind of marketing we try to earn for our clients, too.
“Dave has a full funnel mindset and knows how to build a program from scratch that can scale through systems, programs, people, and strategies. Every company needs a Dave and you’d be lucky to have him on your team!”

Thirty minutes with the people on this page. No handoff to a junior team, because there is not one.
