One product launch became a three-year partnership.

Cloudwick was two weeks from launching a major product for government customers without a marketing leader. What began as an emergency launch sprint became a standing marketing leadership seat with a line in the client’s own three-year plan.

The build

What the launch required

The sprint

Launch plan, press release, launch article, social media series, a full website relaunch, sales materials, and performance tracking, all led on a compressed timeline with a three-person internal team.

The go-live

Ran the launch-day QA personally: cross-device triage, prioritization, ship.

The programs

After launch, the role grew phase by signed phase: content and search strategy, a customer success-story program, a targeted account campaign, event strategy, and the next year’s plan.

The results

Why the client kept renewing

Seven signed agreements in nine months, every phase countersigned by the Chief Growth Officer. By autumn, the client’s own budget sheets carried a named marketing-leader line for Trailhead across a three-year horizon, and the marketing budget under management roughly doubled into the following year’s plan.

The testimonial program produced its own proof: a written case study of a $3M state contract in which the agency’s executive director credits the platform with replacing what would have taken 20–30 sworn officers with three deputies.

“The renewal record is the testimonial: five extensions, countersigned, and a place in the client’s own three-year plan.”
