116 to 246 open sales opportunities in five months.

Longeye builds an AI investigative workspace for law enforcement. In February, growth decisions ran on memory and spreadsheets. Five months later, the whole sales and marketing operation runs on live instruments.

The before

The starting point

The February review found 116 open sales opportunities with no reliable record of where buyers came from, why deals were lost, or how product trials were going. Decisions were running on memory.

The build

What we built

Inbound engine

An automated assistant reads every website inquiry, checks the fit, writes a background brief, drafts the reply, and routes it to the right person. One inquiry became a meeting link in under 3 hours, and that conversation is now a $104K deal in trial.

GTM dashboard

Twelve data sources refreshed daily into one dashboard. The Monday sales meeting runs on it, and in July the team formally adopted it over the views built into their own sales software.

The outbound autopsy

When cold email underperformed, the answer was a message-by-message diagnosis that caught the sending platform hiding failed deliveries, found the real cause, and shipped the fixes the same day. The campaign built around a Washington Post feature earned replies from 14% of recipients while ordinary cold email got none.

Site + search

A redesigned website that ranks first when people search the company name, with its second-most-visited page feeding a named revenue program.

The results

Growth that kept climbing

Open sales opportunities grew from 116 to 246 in five months. Website traffic doubled after the redesign and stayed doubled for seven straight weeks. Deals won tripled. And a review of one overlooked program surfaced five signed customers the sales system had never recorded: that program had been winning quietly for months; now the company can watch it happen.

“I want to brag a little bit on Dave and tell you why I think this website is so cool… really, really fantastic individual effort here. We have now crossed into that territory.”
